Safety is at the core of all our operations and is reinforced through our philosophy, attitudes, and operations. Our organization is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, subcontractors, customers and the public.
Properly educated and trained employees drive a culture where accidents are less likely to happen.

All new hires are required to participate in an initial 10-hour OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) approved safety training class prior to beginning work in the field. Project supervisors continuously provide on-site safety “tool box” meetings to identify safety issues and enforce safe work procedures. Random site inspections are also conducted by our Vice President of Human Resources and Safety ensuring that the company’s stringent policies are adhered to.

A critical component of our safety program is our drug-free workplace. we provide pre-employment and post-accident testing.
